The final leg - from Gap to Valence

The final leg from Gap to Valence was another 275 km transportation leg, although with timing to the minute. For us, this went again with no issues – the car worked perfect, the team as well.

The good news is that the Norwegian team we feared had retired yesterday is back in the game! Hard work and some good friends made it possible!

The weather today was fine – up to some + 15 C and mostly dry roads offered some hours of great driving. We arrived in Valence around 2:30pm allowing plenty of time for check-in, some food and rest before the Special Regularities (SR) start tomorrow.

As we have been through all of tomorrows stages last week, we know what we will be facing; snow & slippery roads. According to the last drive-throughs it is extremely icy/slippery right now.
